烘干机鼓（2）6.6'直径x 56'长，重型碳钢型鼓施工（2件壳），内部升降机，（2）骑行环，推力辊，饲料槽。旋转驱动器（电机6）30 HP主驱动器（3/60 / 575V-），排放式密封和护罩饲料槽，安装在（i-梁）支撑框架上的灰尘收集系统，完整的电气控制系统，2范围排气，进气hopper system, conveyor belts, 2-combustion chamber, burner system (natural gas or oil) design temperature 175,000 to 3,500,000 btu’s. Burner can run up to 1900°F. Diameter of dryer is 6.5′ X 59′ and 6.5′ X 52.5′. No manual. Fully automatic. Drums are made of steel, not lined. Combustion chamber is brick lined with fire walls to prevent direct flame from entering the drum. Burner can run up to 1900°F. The tube is COMPUTABLE to that high temperature. Used for drying wet brewers grain. For wet brewers grain its capacity is 78% to 10% moisture. Feed capacity is 10 tons per hour and approximately (3) tons out. Diameter of dryer is 6.5′ X 59′ and 6.5′ X 52.5′. No manual. Fully automatic. Drums are made of steel, not lined. Combustion chamber is brick lined with fire walls to prevent direct flame from entering the drum. For brewers grain we will run at 350°F, max 3,500,000 Million btu’s per burner the drum system was installed, dry test run, then shut down due to permitting issues.
