Used W&P (Coperion) ZSK58 co-rotating twin screw extruder pelletizing line. Line has been refurbished and includes a 58mm super compounder supplying 960 Newton meters per shaft, 519 rpm screw speed. Extruder is driven by a 150 hp (new) Weg AC motor, 380 volt, 50 hz, 3 phase, 1500 rpm. Has 3.41/1 gear ratio. Included is 1 pair of splined shafts with screw elements, operator control panels, and water pump with reservoir. Downstream includes NGR Model HD300 die face water ring pelletizer, including water ring, spin dryer and and water recirculating tank. Spare screw shafts available with elements at an additional cost.
