7200 TPD Maguin Beet Washing Plant

Used beet washing plant by Maguin with the processing capacity of 7200 ton of beets per day. Plant was built in 2008 and has been in operation for 6 years. Main equipment of the plant – dry soil remover, drum beet washer, stone catcher, weed catcher with dynamic separator, beet screw, tail screw with floating catching device, rotary high pressure drum beet finishing washer, curved screen for clean water, water vibrating screen for washing water, feed screw for dried pulp. Used beet washing drum Maguin has capacity of 7000 ton of beets per day, diameter of the drum 3500mm, length 13240mm. Unit was designed as a part of the sugar beet washing plant. Used stone catcher and leaves catcher are made by Maguin and have capacity of 7000 tones per day.
