Used stainless steel cooker/evaporator by Spomasz Pleszew (PL) model CAA 9, type DUO. Machine has two boiling pans with total volume 70 l and working volume about 50 l. Both top pans are connected to one bottom tank also with working volume 50 l. Pans are steam heated. Total steam consumption up to 274 kg/h at 8 bar pressure. Top pans are equipped with agitators. Working rotation of agitators up to 74 rpm. Total power consumption 4.1 kW. Reported output on milk masses up to 260 kg/h. Caramel up to 180 kg/h. Last used on food production (confectionary).
