Used stainless steel lab size aerator-mixer by Hansa Industrie (DE) model Top-Mix. Machine can reach output in range from 10-30 l/h. Product is feeded by stainless steel screw pump, driven by el. motor 0.55 kW, 1395 rpm, 230/400 V, 50 hz. Working rotation of screw adjusted in range from 60 up to 180 rpm. Product is feeded into stainless steel aerating head, which is jacketed and consist of rotor and stator. Rotor is driven by el. motor 1.5 kW, 1400 rpm, 220/380 V, 50 hz and gearbox. Working rotation adjustable in range from 98-600 rpm. Central product discharge. Gas supply at 6 bar pressure. Machine is mounted on stainless steel frame with mobile wheels. Last time used in food industry.
